4 Handful of Baby Spinach
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1/2 a Cucumber
Dill for Garnish
500g Fresh Broad Beans
500g Fresh Peas
2 Avocados
2 Handful of Sour Cherries
1 Bunch Asparagus
Method:

Shell the broad beans and peas and stone, peel and slice the avocado.
