Helda Beans Bruschetta with Garlic and Flax Seeds

Ingredients 

200g Helda beans
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Green Chilli (deseeded) 
2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley

1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
Salt and pepper
Bread

Method:

  1. Trim wash and cut the beans in 1 cm length. Immerse in boiling water for 3 minute drain and then immerse in ice cold water.

  2. In a food blender blitz half of the beans with the garlic, olive oil, chilli and the parsley.

  3. Add the rest of the beans seasoning and mix well.

  4. Grill or toast your bread and serve with the Helda bean pure on top. Garnish with flax seeds.
