Herb Crusted Fine Beans
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: : 7 minutes
400g Fine Beans
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Trim and steam the beans for 6-7 minutes.
Blend the breadcrumbs with the garlic, parsley and add the oil and seasoning.
As an option, you can bake the breadcrumbs for 5 minutes under the grill to add colour and enhance flavour.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the beans and serve hot.
